Pakistan is a land cultural heritage and diversity but have you ever thought that people in Pakistan especially in villages can sell their products online like Peshawari Chappals, Bengals, Khussa, Sindhi Topi and Ajrak and can make a great living out of it??
Motivation:
Last year a guy from Pakistan sold $25,000 worth of honey through www.sabeelhoney.com. But the thing is, he knew how to create a website on Wordpress, how to create a store on Amazon and Ebay and what are the online payment and transaction options available in Pakistan. What about other 60 million people, who have the access to internet but have never thought to use it positively and create a living out of it.
Solution:
My idea is about creating ‘Technable' a web-portal and an app just like Udemy, where we will teach people about ‘Creating their businesses Online’ with help of Video Tutorials in Urdu so that they can sell home-made stuff while sitting at home and help eradicating poverty from Pakistan.
There are certain blogs and tutorials on Youtube but people face 2 problems with that, first all the tutorials are in English, those websites aim to make money out of those blogs using affiliate programs and embedding surveys.
